Bison Bucks for Laundry Use Your Card

Summer Programs

The Bison One Card Office provides the Temporary Bison One Card for your Summer Program.  

The cost of a Temporary Bison One Card is $10 (per card).  We will be charging for the initial Temporary Bison One Card and any that are lost or damaged.

For Summer Programs

  • Please visit this link for adding your Summer Program participants as Contingents Processing Summer Sponsored Project Activity (mailchi.mp).  Scroll down to the “Creation of Contingent Workers for Summer Programs”.
  • Fill Out the Attached Excel file:
    • ID Number (if applicable)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  • We will need to coordinate a photo date, but if you are able to provide digital photos then we can coordinate a print and delivery date.
  • Students, Faculty, Staff, and Contractors do not need to receive a temporary card.

Summer Stay Guests

The Bison One Card Office provides the Temporary Bison One Card for your Summer Stay Guests. 

The cost of a Temporary Bison One Card is $10 (per card).  We will be charging for the initial Temporary Bison One Card and any that are lost or damaged.

For Summer Stay Guests

  • The Bison One Card Office expects that all Summer Stay Guests have already come to an agreement with Residence Life, Corvias, Campus Apartments, or Capstone on reserving rooms.
  • Please provide us with this information of each guest:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  • We will need to coordinate a photo date, but if you are able to provide digital photos then we can coordinate a print and delivery date.
  • Students, Faculty, Staff, and Contractors do not need to receive a temporary card.
