Online photo submission provides the opportunity for students, faculty, staff, contractors, and summer program participants to upload their photo for their Bison One Card.
How to Submit Your Photo:
You can upload your photo by logging into the Bison One Card Portal, your photo is immediately added to your account once approved.
Photo Requirements:
- Color photos only
- Full face and eyes open
- Must look directly at camera
- Background must be white or blue
- No glasses or obstructions to face
- No hats or non-religious headwear
- Recent photo (taken within 1 month)
After You have Submitted Your Photo
I am a student
First Card
Log on to the Bison One Card Portal to view your virtual Bison One Card.
Go to the Bison One Card Office to pick up your Bison One Card.
Make sure to bring a valid photo ID (USA gov’t ID or Passport).

Lost Card
Go onto the Bison One Card Portal and mark your card as lost. You can use your virtual Bison One Card in the Atrium App or by logging onto the Bison One Card Portal and selecting Virtual ID or visit the Bison One Card office to get a replacement card.You will need to bring a credit/debit card or mobile pay app to pay the $10 fee for a replacement card.

Expired Card
You can use your virtual Bison One Card on the Atrium App by logging onto the Bison One Card Portal and selecting Virtual ID or visit the Bison One Card office to get a replacement card. Bring your card to the Bison One Card Office. This is for students that are actively enrolled.
I am an employee
First Card
New faculty, staff and contractors will have access to their virtual Bison One Card via the Atrium App or the Bison One Card Portal or after their first day of work. To receive the physical card visit the Bison One Card office.
Make sure to bring a valid photo ID (USA gov’t ID or Passport).

Go to the Bison One Card Portal or the Atrium App and mark your card as lost. You will need to a credit/debit card, mobile pay app, or deposit $10 into your Bison Bucks account (by clicking here).
