Citation Appeals

The Citation Appeal Board meets once a month to review appeals and vote on the decision to waive or hold citations. This ensures that the process is fair and equitable. This is the process and there are no exceptions.

“By parking your vehicle on this private property, you acknowledge that parking is at your own risk and agree to display a valid permit while adhering to all posted regulations. You waive any claims against the property owner and management for your vehicle's loss, theft, or damage. Non-compliance with parking rules may result in fines or towing at your expense.”

You must first pay your Howard University citations online at www.howard.t2hosted.com and then you will call Always Towing & Recovery to arrange payment for their towing fee to retrieve your vehicle.
