Howard University Mail Services processes all letter mail and packages for delivery to University Departments and Residence Halls.
We deliver all letter mail, packages, and inter-departmental campus mail once daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays*.
Mail Services provides outbound mail services for Faculty and Staff, such as bulk mail.
We also provide retail services for USPS and UPS at our main mail center for the entire Howard University Community.
The retail window is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
