Xerox-Managed Print Services (MPS)

Howard University (HU) has a partnership with Xerox to provide Managed Print Services to HU's schools, colleges, and departments with Xerox Multi-Function Devices (MFD).
The Xerox MFD's provide the capabilities of printing, copying, scanning to email, and fax.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your Xerox MFD please provide the Serial Number of the Xerox MFD and contact the Xerox Help Desk at 1-855-281-6197.
If the issue is a Howard University issue, then Xerox will communicate your issue to Howard University. An ETS Ticket will be created in your name and you will receive an email from the ETS ticketing system. This ticket will be used to resolve the issue.
Note: Only Xerox devices that are under contract are part of the Xerox Managed Print Services program.
