Art Approval Request Form

Complete the form below if you are seeking approval for an order of Howard University branded product.

Once completed, the Office of Auxiliary Enterprises will review and provide you with one of the following decisions:

- Approved
- Approved with Changes (minor changes must be made to your design)
- Disapproved

If you are not representing a university department or student organization, please list your affiliation with the university.
Make sure to type your email address correctly, as you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Email folder for an email from
Ex. t-shirts, hats, pens, etc. Please list all items you are ordering that will have the same design. If items have a different design, please submit a separate request.
Ex: Staff/Member shirts, fundraiser, giveaways. Indicated whether you will be selling the items or not.
Provide the name of the company you are purchasing the product from. Please note vendors must be licensed to produce product using Howard's trademarks.
