The Office of Parking & Transportation oversees all campus parking lots. Parking on Howard University's campus is by PERMIT ONLY. Vehicles parked without a valid permit are subject to ticketing, towing (at owners expense), and or immobilization.

|- Faculty/Staff parking deductions are per pay period.|
- 9-Month Faculty have a total of 18 payroll deductions and permits expire May 31, 2019.
- 12-Month Faculty/Staff have a total of 24 payroll deductions and permits expire August 31, 2019.
- Student pricing includes both Fall and Spring semesters. The total permit amount will be billed to the student's Fall 2018 tuition bill. Student permits expire May 31, 2019.
Visitor parking is available on the Howard Center Lot at a rate of $10/day and $160/month (Cash Only). The entrance to the Howard Center Lot is located on 8th St. NW.
Parking Registration for students takes place during allotted days during the Spring and Fall Semesters. All students MUST register for parking during the allotted times. *Log-In tutorial available below if assistance is needed.

Faculty & Staff
The parking registration process for employees has changed. All employees are now required to register for parking using the online portal. Employees must access their parking accounts to register, add, or make any changes.
Username: Your Student ID number with the @ symbol
Password: Your Student ID number with the @ symbol (Default)
|*If you have previously set a password for your account use the password you created. Otherwise use the default password. If you do not remember your password: Call the Parking Office to have your password reset to the default setting. (Default is your student id number with the “@” symbol) If you have never registered for parking using this website: contact the Parking Office to have an account created for you.|
