Howard University ID Card is the Bison One Card
The Howard University ID Card is the Bison One Card. Bison One Cards are issued to Students (active and registered for classes), Faculty and Staff (active) and Contractors (actively sponsored by a Howard University division, department, school or college). For Contractors, Sponsors must use PeopleSoft's ePAR system. Bison One Card holders must carry their Bison One Card at all times while on Howard University property.
The Bison One Card is the official Howard University ID Card. Photo Upload is available to 1st time students only. After uploading your photo the Bison One Card Office will review and send an email within 1 week. When picking up your Bison One Card bring a valid photo ID, which can be a USA government issued ID or a valid Passport. Bison One Card holders must carry their Bison One Card at all times while on University property.

D: Remove non-religious coverings
E: Take photo of your head, with space around your head (top, sides and bottom)
Photos submitted to the Bison One Card Office will not be returned; they become the property of Howard University and will be used for official and administrative purposes only.
Summer Programs & Summer Stay Guests
The Bison One Card is the official Howard University ID Card for Summer Program Participants and Summer Stay Guests (that use Residence Life's services). Sponsoring departments/colleges/schools of Howad University are required to input these participant/guests in PeopleSoft's ePAR system.
When you come to receive your Bison One Card bring a valid photo ID, which can be a USA government issued ID or a valid Passport. Bison One Card holders must carry their Bison One Card at all times while on University property.
A: Provost Office Must Approve (for Summer Programs Only) .
B: Sponsor inputs participants/guests information into PeopleSoft's ePAR.
C: Sponsor contacts Bison One Card Office to provide information of participants (and coordinate photo date).
D: Sponsor can contact Catering (Dining Services) for dining needs at 202-865-0217.
E: Sponsor can contact Residence Life for residence needs at 202-806-6131.
Lost Your Card?
If you lose your card, please deactivate it by logging into the My Bison One Card website.
Within the My Bison One Card website, click on Card Services and deactivate all your card numbers.
Card Replacement Fee ($10) for:
Damaged Cards (hole, cracked, bent)
